Professional Support with Achieving and Maintaining Organizational Compliance with External Standards

Achieving accreditation or demonstrating compliance with regulations is more than passing an inspection or audit. True success lies in creating and maintaining a “Culture of Excellence” so that meeting the regulations and standards becomes part of the role and responsibility of every member of the team.

Therapon begins by identifying the standards and assembling a cross-functional team of staff that work to conduct an internal compliance audit, performing a gap analysis. This informs the strategy implemented to gain compliance with the applicable standards. Documentation is then compiled and presented validating compliance with all applicable guidelines, standards and regulations.
